Create an Account

Sign up for Kognific and access your research workspace.

Kognific offers two ways to sign up: Continue with Google or email link sign-in. Both are free, and your workspace is created automatically on first sign-in.

Sign up with Google

    Go to kognific.com

    Open kognific.com and click Get Started, or go directly to the sign-in page.

    Click Continue with Google

    Select your Google account and authorize access. You'll be taken straight to your Library.

Sign up with email

Kognific uses passwordless sign-in. Instead of setting a password, you receive a sign-in link by email each time you log in.

    Go to the sign-in page

    Open kognific.com and click Get Started.

    Enter your email

    Type your email address and click Continue with email.

    Check your inbox

    Open the email from Kognific and click the sign-in link. You'll be taken straight to your Library.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder, or click Resend link on the confirmation screen. You can resend once every 30 seconds.

What happens on first sign-in

The first time you sign in, Kognific creates a personal workspace for you automatically. Your Library will be empty and ready for you to add your first source.

Signing in on another device

Your account and all your data sync automatically. Sign in with the same Google account or email address on any device and everything will be there.

Signing out

Open the user menu in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar (your avatar and name) and click Sign Out.
